steering wheel problem...

Since the first day of getting the car, I've noticed that the steering wheel is kinda heavy, its not as light as the W210 or W220. Does the C come with a double power assisted steering?
I took it to the mechanic, he changed the power steering oil, still the same. I was told that the W203 steerings are a bit heavy in general compared to other classes.
This is not a tyre problem, as the the heaviness is the same compared to when i had 16", and now with the wider and bigger 18" wheels.
Anyone got any feedback??
