Can you retrofit a 2005-6 dvd nav in a 2001 c240
I wonder if i can change the middle plastic console the wood part
and the buttons
i dont know if that works can someone help me ?

Julio. It can be done, but to the tune of lots of $$$$. So many things to replace that it's not really worth it, unless you have someone that knows how to switch out the different functions that need to be (too many to think of). Search for "Sunman" in the w203 forum and you'll find his post about doing this. He's the only one, off the top of my head, that has done this.
