Removal of headlight lense
How do you remove the lense of the headlights? is it possible? what im wondering is, is it possible to transplat the guts of BiX assembly into an 05/06 halogen assembly?

You have to use a heat gun to loosen up the glue connecting the lens to the light assemblies. Do it in portions, so you don't burn the plastic on the light assemblies. Once all the glue is loose, you shoudl be able to pry the lens off. This is also assuming that the Benz lenses are assembled similar to any other.
As far as transplanting the bi-x guts into a halogen lighting assembly, I'm not sure if that's possible. I've never seen the internals for the bi-x vs. the new halogens, although, I wouln't be shocked if you could do it.

It should be possible. The two parts rely on a common frame/box. Its the dished reflectors that are different internally. I don't think they are glued. It looks more like a rubber gasket on the Benz lights.
