7 G-Tronic and 5 Speed shift compare
is there anyone who used both Automatic Gearbox,5 and 7 (I think there is

gear passing in 7 more speed and quiet than 5 ?

i still say test drive for your self. the 7G i smoother, downshift to the lowest available gear rather than stepping down each gear.

2006 C230
i've driven both and the 7speed is better imo. I drove a new C230 for the past 2 days and the over all feel of the 06's is better imo. Maybe it's the tranny, the motor or everything combined i don't know but I must say i'm glad I went with the 06.
