I'm talking Her in for service next week

So while she is a 2002 this will be my first experiance with MB Service (the car tells me it needs Service A in 150 miles). Anyways it still under warranty and service agreement (for the next 18000/8 months) and I was wondering if there were any specific recalls or bulletins that I should have Service either do or double check that it was already done (or should I just print out the whole W203 list and say "please check all of these notices because the cars new to me").

Also I have notices a few things that I am wondering are just how 2002 C230K's are or if they are issues I should have MB look at

1) The AC is VERY loud if I turn the fan up above 3.5
2) If the suspention moves to much (like a bumpy road) at speeds under 15 mph then it squiks, it handles well enough... just kidda odd that it makes a noise (makes me wonder if the strut or bushings are having issues).

If either of those are just how a C230K runs then I don't want to wast MB's time on it.. But if they are abnormal then I would like to know so I can ask MB to check it out while I still have a warranty.

Thank
Josh Handel

wow, just a service A for a 2002 model? you must have not driven it at all!

well, here is a thread that has all the tsb's relevant to your car...
https://mbworld.org/forums/showpost....91&postcount=3

hopefully that'll help. and if in doubt, just let them know your problems. they may have a fix and even if it's a non-issue, they'll tell you. you might as well take advantage of everything while your car is under warranty.

Good luck!

The car is new to me.. I bought it with 32k Miles on it about 3 weeks ago (with 1000 miles to Service A) Or atleast thats what the computer said.. The car my very well have gone through other services while in its previous owners hands.. (I got the car from a dealership so I don't have its service records).
