How long to wait until ECU adapts?

How long to wait until ECU adapts?
Question for M111 owners...
I'm getting new custom headers today, how long to wait once they're on before the ECU adapts optimally to their presence. I need to know because I have to book for an "after dyno".

FYI: Here's my before dyno... the AFR is being read up the tail pipe so don't expect too much there... although even up the tail pipes gave some very worrying results. 165.1HP and 327.5Nm
Remember, my car is the C200K, so there is less power to be had than your coupes.

It's supposed to reset the adaptive driving...
