Wow - in normal driving, my 6-speed coupe is getting about 15/city and 20-22/hwy with 800 miles on the odometer.
Before someone asks - yes, I do know how to drive. I've even been babying the car to this point.
The 1st to second shifts are still a little rough... I think I've heard others complain about that, too. Other shifts are pretty smmoth.
mbtech mentioned something about 111-series four cylinders outlasting V-6's and V-8s. I'm curious as to why that might be?? (but I'm glad to hear that!)

I got about only 22mpg with mixed driving (70% freeway) with 2000 miles. I drive pretty hard too (shifts at 5k rpm on merging to freeway) 1st-2nd shift were much smoother now then at the beginning

Keep in mind that the on board computer AVERAGES mileage and computes idle time and average speed into what it displays. Often, my "after start" and "after reset" mileage vary tremendously, and tend to be slightly lower than calculated actual mileage when I refill the tank.
