Shocks

has anyone done these cut down the front shocks(or buy smaller shocks) to lower the front of the car. or does anyone have any other suggestion on lower the car.

DOn't think that works, if you want to lower, buy new springs or COs. You can cut springs on the other hand, but it;s not a good idea.

Cutting spring is dangerous, cutting shock i dunno

, it's common thing to do though in indo for that extreme low.

Why on earth would anybody cut shocks? Cutting the shocks won't change the ride height, but it'll definitely f' up your suspension on the whole!
