Broken volume knob on Becker Audio 10?

Guys, can you tell me if my Audio 10 has a broken volume knob? I noticed that the knob is very flimsy/floppy. I pulled the rubber knob straight off and noticed that the shaft it slides onto is VERY loose, altough the base of the component seems soldered firmly to the faceplate's circuitboard. Does anyone else's knob feel like this?

Ouch, very sorry to hear that. I don't have an Audio 10 (just the stock HU), but that definitely doesn't sound right. What I would suggest if the knob is still intact (still usable), try super-gluing it onto there. Otherwise, you need to look into getting it replaced somehow.
