By looking the purple tint lights bulb, I can tell is NOT going to be 8500K, because 8500k should be more close to blue tint. For sure is not going to be brighter than your stock lights bulb. Just may be heigher color temp.Try it and let us know the result

No matter what, you will not match HID with a halogen bulb. It can look similar, but will never compare.
