BiX driver side projector problem

ok so i took my car in for service on monday. they did a service A, front brake pads replaced, trans and coolant flush and some interior trim pieces were replaced. i got my car back and when i drove it last night both headlights were aimed twoards the ground. i took it to the dealer so they could zero align my BiX and they were no help as usual, it was nearly 5:10 and they were already looking forward to 6pm. anyhow, they told me it is supposed to be that low. i got on the freeway and there was a truck about one and one car length in front of me and the beam cutoff was behind the trucks rear wheels. i know that it is not supposed to be that low. anyhow so i go home and use a screwdriver to manually adjust the lights myself. i get them to about where they are supposed to be and get in my car to drop a friend off, and my driver side headlight starts to slowly point towards the ground again. im not sure if it the autolevlers or if the projector is loose in the assembly. i need to take my car back to have them check it out. i just hate to worry about them not taking out my philips D2S bulbs i installed in my headlights since the assemblies come with all the bulbs and the techs will just swap out the entire assembly.

has anyone had this problem with their BiX.

Doug, this is definitely the auto-level sensor.

I'll see if I can find that thread that I used, but to describe it best without pictures, the leveling sensor should be point towards the front of the car (when attached to the swaybar) and not towards the rear of the car.
