I too am going through a lawsuit (lemon law) with MBZUSA. If anyone else are having problems with their c230 coupe let me know. I am going to let merecedes know that I am not the only one with all of the engine stalling problems etc .

I had this problem long time ago.
Besides the engine stalling, I had experienced combination switch malfunction, car pulling to right (cannot be fixed), auto transmission shaking from N to D, and many minor problems, like sunroof not opening smoothly, rattle noise inside, ........... . Now I have these problems in my car, such as squealing noise in the front suspension, transmission shaking when shifting and unstable idling. The dealer can fix most of the problems, but not all. Since I am from Canada, I hope the lemon law in US would be similar to the one in Canada. Then I know what I can do in the future. Thanks!

that is stupid and childish
I can care less about a bmw or any other car . This is a serious matter and someone can get hurt if mercedes doesn't acknowlege these problems with the engine. I don't have time for jokes. I am not trying to be mean to you at all because I don't know you so please don't let me offend you.
