iPod Interface kit Problem with Audio 20 no phone model
Does anyone know how to control or select menu from steering wheel button for the iPod interface kit? My audio 20 with 1 CD standard and no phone function cannot select menu from the phone button. When i press that it say "No phone" but I don't want phone function, i want to get menu to be shown. Is there anything wrong with my installation or because I dont use COMAND system?
Please help...
By the way, I use C-Class W203 Year 2005 Model.
Cost of installation and iPod kit total $250.

You have to have the dealership program the phone to 'enable'. Then it will work, until then you can unplug the ipod and select the play list or artist/song title and then plug the ipod back into the car and your set.

What should be the cost to enable the phone commend?
I have to have the dealership program the phone to 'enable' in order to select the Ipod menus from the steering wheel.
They want to charge an hour caliming the procedure is long and complicated.
Is this accurate, what is the procedure to enable the phone command?
