is it true turbo and super charger?
Hey guys i was told from the modify place i go to that they can
by pass a turbo while i still have my supercharger IS THAT TRUE?

If you mean have a turbo on top of the stock supercharger? Yes it is possible, you will have compressed the air twice giving you more boost. They have a kit out for the MINI Cooper S which is exactly that. It is a turbo on top of the stock SC, and brings the car up from about 170 HP to about 280~290 HP from a 1.6L!
