Could someone due me a huge favor and and take a couple of measurements in their C coupe?

I'd like to know the distance/width between the driver's door and the passenger door, at shoulder height (more probably at bicep height), where the doors are still padded, not above the padding to the glass. I'm not quite sure how to describe it properly.

Also, I'd like the distance/width between the driver and passenger window, at the top of the window, inside.

So, I guess I want shoulder room, and top-of-the-head room.

I have no idea where the the numbers on the MB site were taken. I would guess at the widest point possible to make it look wider.

I'm driving a Sube Outback Sport, and I'd like to get a feel for how the actual width inside the coupe compares with the Sube. My coupe won't be here till late Jan or early Feb.

The distance between the doors at the height of the tops of the side air bags is 53 inches. The distance between the roof door frames is 43 inches. The distances from the roof door frame to the window is 1.5 inches on each side, but that is not usable head space unless you are short, and sit with your head almost against the window.
