Difference between a '05 c240 & a '05 c320?
I'm looking on adding a c-class to my stable for daily driving.

Whats the difference between the c-240 v6 4matic and the c-320 4matic?

Dealer is asking 30k for an '05 demo with 13k and willing to make it certified as of the date of delivery...seems to be a good deal to me?

Thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
