Embarassing Question a/b Washer Fluid

Ok, yes i've read the owners manual, and yes i'm an embarssed noob, but I can not figure out how to get the washer fluid to spray on the winshield?????? Can someone tell me what the trick is???

Press and hold in for 2-3 seconds. Some things are worth waiting for. It's not like the "FIRE" button on your X-Box.

Actually, every car I've purchased in the last twenty years that had stalk mounted wiper controls (foreign and domestic) has the push and hold to spray feature. I would be surprised if the BMW doesn't.

HAhahaha. I couldn't figure out how to spray the washer fluid either until I read the manual. :p I thought my ish was broken. Push it in towards the steering wheel HARD.

Maybe there is no washer fluid? Do you hear a pumping noise? Pushing the stalk will turn on the wipers but there has to be fluid to spray.

Pushing in to the first stop just swipes the wiper once. Push harder past the first stop to the second stop and the fluid squirts.
