Good price for pre-owned '06 C280

What would be a good price for a pre-owned 2006 C280 sedan with 4,000 miles that is equipped with sunroof package, hands free, and 6 CD changer? The original MSRP would have been around $37,300.00. One of the local dealers has it on their lot at a ridiculously high price.

I'd offer $29K or walk away. Because the car is used, you cannot buy an extended warranty from MBUSA.

According to MBUSA they each have a 6.9 second 0-60 time. The 280 has 13 more hp and 8 less lb/ft of torque than the 320. I'd get the 280, it has the 7 speed plus it's the new DOHC 24 valve engine design
