maybe more. i think that's Rennsports (i think that's the company's name) 330i converted to a M3 sedan. i believe it has a supercharged E46 M3 engine. sick, SICK car! my brother has a big poster of it in his room. I remember the guy Samir from E46fanatics.

lol Some of the guys here saying there are not very many E90's on the road, well... I can sadley disagree with you. I see them almost as common as G35's now where I live and most throughout anywhere I go in LA. They're selling like Hotcakes. I for one, actually like the car a bit, not to a extent where i'll be likely to rush to the dealership ship and say OMG GIVE ME ONE NOW but, it's not exactly ugly or hard on the eyes. If I had to rate an ugly cars of the year, it would be subaru's newest lineup. Blegh.

Bangle designed both of the previous cars.
The ugly E90 Bangle had nothing to do with. The Dutchman messed that one up. I think Bangle is actually a brilliant guy, but perhaps this look would go better on a different brand.

I agee with you it doent look that bad at all. subaru, mitsubishi evo are very ugly cars. I dont hate any BMW at all. I hate Jap cars the most

We seemed to all be in love with the E36s when they first came out. And then, when the E46 came out - everyone panned it, kinda like the E90 is being panned right now. Either the E46 grew on me or its design was way ahead of its time - cuz I love it! The E90 - might possibly be ahead of its time I personally don't like the E90 styling - have you seen the coupe? Ugh! In any case, its good to know you 'benz' guys can have a civilized debate

and in case u dont know, the new 3 series is a 2006 model, so i just assuming it only on SALE for ONLY HALF A YEAR! That' a pretty short time to see many on the street!

yeah but in the case of the new 3-series, both the car reviewers and the car enthusiasts are calling it ugly. So, compare it to a movie, it would be like a movie where both the film critics and the people who had seen it gave a F rating.

You like it but you're in the minority. Most BMW followers hate the look and that's why Chris Bangle became famous (Proof: do a Google search on "Chris Bangle")

Read this page again. A lot of us, including myself, owned the last 3-series. We switched because we did not like the look of the new 3-series.

actually, I wanted to get the 5-series because I wanted a bigger car. Then I saw pics of the 5-series on the net and I didn't like it. I saw it in person and I didn't like it either. So I waited for the 3-series. I saw pics of the 3-series on the net and was terribly disappointed, so I switched brand.

Unless MB would offer manual transmission on the E-class, I would not consider it. Rowing gears is more important to me than driving a nice looking car.
