W203 Custom grill??
Damn, im stucked.. Does anyone know where or who sell these STARLESS W203 sedan grille? STFF but only found thread about the coupe's custom grille.

That can be custom made from your current stock grill at a nearby custom body shop. Thats a Brabus type style grill, it can be done in some areas located in Hollywood, but I have no knowledge where you can get it in Canada =\.

The only difference that I see between the two (the OEM grill and the Mattig grille) is the center piece. Did you paint the grill yourself? If so, how did it turn out?

Yeah it looks the same just no center piece, thats why I just stuck with an OEM one since I was painting it black and you can't really tell the diffence. I think I would look really clean on lighter cars if it was color matched. One of my friends sprayed it with some left over black paint with his air compressor spray gun. I once painted a grille for a my W210 e class with primer and spray paint from Home Depot and it came out good, but the W210 grilles are metal and plastic so I was able to remove the chrome pieces and paint them by themselves. The W203 grille is all plastic, I didn't want to try and take it apart and risk cracking some of the plastic tabs.

I don't know that much about powder coating, but can you powder coat a plastic grill or does it have to be metal?
