so i'm guessing, this vacuum issue doesn't apply to my car? i'm in the states and i have halogen

I did mine once without knowing a thing about the process. I didn't even take the bumper all the way off. I pretty much squeezed everything in. Didn't plug a thing and no hissing... hmm..

Only thing is, i didn't put the bumper back together properly.. actually i couldn't even get the side bolts into the bixenons in as well as that funky clip that attaches the bumper and the fender together.

Overall, i have a slight gap around lights, but that's it.

Sufficient for now until i take it to a shop to fix all my little mistakes.

If you don't want to remove the bumper entirely, you can loosen the fenders, pull them out slightly to get the front clip in on the bumper.

Pardon me, where is the drivers kick panel? Are u referring to under the dashboard?

IT is a kick panel because it is between the dash and the floor.
