Ok so I hit a dog in early January and the body shop keeps messing my paint up and not doing a good job. My insurance agent got involved and the 4th time I picked the car up it looked good but now there are scratches on the rear that could have only happened at the shop. It’s in the shop as I type this and they are supposedly working on getting the scratches out by buffing. I do not think that will work because they seem really deep. What if any thing can and should I do if they will not fix the scratches. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
