resonator

how much does it usually take to remove a resonator on a c. just wondering so i dont get riped off.

Should range from $30 - $50 depending where you take your car.

The muffler shop charged me $30

it cost 30 to remove the resonator and replace it with a pipe. ? the two shops i went to try to charge me 80 for doing it... ..

i ordered a eisenmann straight pipe

i was wondering how much it was to change it too
I'm sure everyone's straight pipe is welded? the eisenmann one is bolt on

Yea the shop charged me 30 just to remove the resonator and put in a straight pipe.

Well I have a C240 so the car still sound the same w/ stock exhaust at idle but the car sounds deeper while moving at mid rev.
I'm going to change the exhuast by summer.
