Question Need Help!!!!!

While mounting my clear corners on my 230 this morning, I made the biggest F****** mistake!!! Being the dumbass that I am I decided to use caulk to set the lenses so that they were not loose. Well it just so happens that the caulk I was using was white and seeped through a gap and is now unpleasantly showing through my clear corner.

I got as much out by removing it and scrubbing with water and soap but there is a thin strip that I cannot get to because the gap is to small to fit anything into (including bristles, a razor, paper towel, ect...). So my question is: Is there a solution that I might be able to soak the lens in that could dislodge the caulk then blast out with an air compressor? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Distraught Matt

By the way the caulk I used is silicone based if it makes a difference

Doh!

Could you maybe get a length of wire down in there and scrape it out?

The problem with silicone is that it isn't terribly reactive with many chemical solvents (which is why it's used for caulk in the first place); and any that could dissolve the silicone will dissolve the plastic of the clear corner first.
