Will a stock E320/430 wheel fit my 02 C240?
I'm currently using 205/55/16 and planning to purchase a 225-60-16 (rims/tires). Will this fit or I'll have issues?

225/60 R 16 will have a larger diameter than 205/55 R 16. My calculator shows a difference of about 20mm in radius. There will be speedometer and gearing problems.
You may wish to go to a lower profile tire. A 225/50 R 16 would be closer to the 205/55 R 16 you currently have.
