Help! Car vibrates when completely stop

My 2005 c220 starts vibrating when i push the gas pedal in park. Not constantly but for example when i reach 1500rpm i vibrates then at 2000rpm vibrates again.
A week ago i had the check engine light come up then it went off after 2 days.
What could the problem be? Thanks

Hello everyone. I have a similar problem.
2001 C320 with 100,000 miles.
Car is idling very rough when I am at a stop sign/red light at a dead stop it feels like it will die out...it didn't die (more on that later), but it really feels like it is going to, then it will hesitate when I press the accelerator...it comes and goes but you can feel the very rough idle when inside the car.
Then today, while at a stop light, for the first time it finally stalled out. I turned the key back to off position and car started right back up again.
The rough idling started about 2 weeks ago or so. Air filter was changed and had oil change.
When on Hiway and driving, it runs normal, just when stopping or complete stop is when you can feel the rough idle and feels like it will die.
Took it in to a mercedes independent (trustworthy guy) and it did not show any codes.
The guy said it could possibly be a crankshaft position sensor. He said he did not know for sure if that would fix it. I asked if it was Mass Airflow Sensor and he said that if it was, it would produce a code on the reader.
I could use some suggestions or if anyone has dealt with similar issues, if they can share their experience. I have read tons but not too many that do not show a code.
