first, yes, i did a search and did not find much on the pulsating problem.....anyway, it is a 2003 C230 with 33k, it idles rough on occasion, more often then not and at very slow speeds (coming to a very slow stop or in slow bumper traffic) the car pulsates, I first thought it could be the brakes, but this morning, while it was in park, I pushed the gas ever so slightly and you could feel that pulsation throughout the car. I just wanted to see if I could get some input before I take it in.

45,000 miles on ours and it still idles like when it was new. Smooth. Now my wife only drives a short distance to work now compared to the first few years of life with the Coupe. SO I take it once a week and get on it hard to make sure there is no carbon buildup or anything else. I let her breath. How do you drive the car? Have you ever thought of some Fuel Injector Cleaner?

well we have only owned it for 3 weeks or so and it is the wifes car.....and she drives it like a grandma.........no have not added anything to the fuel.....it is going into MB next tues.......its under warranty....might as well take advantage....right?

Yep use the warranty while you have it. And are you using Premium Fuel?

I've been having the same problem from time to time. It's usually when I'm parking or just starting to roll as you stated. The car jerks and everything pulsates so I have to gas it a little more to get it out of that stage. Let me know what your dealer says. I have service B coming up on the 31st, so we'll see what they say.
