So for the first time since i owned the car, i finally decided to use the visor to block the sun coming in from the side (usually, i would use my sunglasses but i left them somewhere...).


When i open the visor (push the visor down) and to the left, the visor would tilt up hitting the ceiling midway. I tried it many different ways but cannot seem to get the visor to the side. Passenger side is ok (that does not even come close to the ceiling). Any way to fix this?

I want to DIY, so how do i remove the visor? Do i just pull down on the visor arm to release it from the ceiling?
