Problem starting the car
Hi m8,
I've a problem, this happend rarely but this time is the third time.
I open the Car, close the door, fast my belt, open the sidemirrors, put the key.....
position 1, wait for diesel led turn off.
position 2 for start but the car don't start.
The starter engine don't start nobody happend as i don't turn the key but
Music and "air conditionated" started.
What's the matter?
THE KEY?
Cos the problem happened rarely i couldn't try the second key.
If the batteries are low the engine should start? I think
Someone had the same problem?

The electronics will turn on even with a low battery charge, but that's potentially the first area you should look at.
Also take a look at the fuses in the back and make sure they aren't eroded. This could explain your intermittent problem.
Finally, you should ask the dealer to take a look at the fuel pump. I and many others on this board had this problem, which prevented our cars from starting.
