Options are mainly the same in US and EU MB, exept some small difference I think

No they are not. In EU you'll get a lot more options than over here.

I don't know, just guessing but......are you sure it was never a taxi or police vehicle? Maybe the 'extension tube' is a light bar. Why don't you go to a dealer in Belgium and ask? I'm also guessing the "undershields" are the large plastic shields that cover everything under the car.
