From 320 to 350
I traded in my '05 C320SS (6spd) and got a bit jacked on the trade-in. I tried to sell the car on my own for a little over a month but never had any bites... Someone missed a great deal on my 320 and I was left taking the dealers $27,800. Ouch. And that was after he started at $25,500!
Anyway, I LOVE the 350! The power and torque increase over the 320 is really impressive. The other nice difference is the 2.82 rear axle, it really spreads the gears out and makes the car drive much nicer and smoother - Hey, 1st gear is actually usable!
Other noted differences:
-Much lighter steering, they must have changed the gear or upped the assist.
-No more smart key dependancy (Boo)
-Louder turn signal sound indicators (yeah, wtf?)
In all, I am VERY happy with the upgrade.

glad you like your new ride!!!!!!!
Your really want pics? I mean haven't you seen enough W203 sport sedan pics already? I thought I was doing you guys a favor by not posting them.
Funny thing is though, we got the EXACT same colors as our '05 320 which you can see here:https://mbworld.org/forums/showthrea...ht=2005+c320ss
So the only difference is on the back emblem where there is a 5 instead of a 2.

Smart key dependancy is where unlocking the car with one key automatically puts the driver's seat, mirrors, steering wheel, etc. into the memory positions. Using the other key gets you those programmed positions associated with that key. Thus my wife used her key and got her settings and I used my key and got mine. Without, you actually have to turn the memory position knob and push the button! Can you imagine our horror!

The SLK350 uses a 3.27:1 just like my '05 320SS had which is WAYYYY too short with the 6spd, 1st gear was useless. The 2.82:1 in our '06 C350s is much better with the 6spd and I am sure great (developed for) the 7G. I have only driven my new C350 85 miles so I don't have a completely tuned in feel yet, but its quite possible that the 2.82 is not optimum (for the 6spd) either - But it is very close.
