how do i remove the trim piece on the rear bumper?

There is a Torx screw on the inside of the fender to the rear. remove that and carefully but with a fast jerk pop the tabs loose by pulling out. there are two fingers where the side pieces meet the center piece. So the side pieces slide out to remove them completely. the center piece just pops off. If your still not sure I can do some pics.

Sorry this is a bit off topic but does anyone know how to tighten the trim piece that is in the middle of the front fenders by the wheel well?
