Remove Doorpanel

Anyone know how to take apart the rear door's panel?
i was changing the doorpins while someone was driving, and the thing fell in.

i would be extremely cautious to do that, there's an airbag in there. if there are no problem with the pin being inside the door panel, i would just leave it there and get a new pin. good luck

to take it off there will be 4 screws. use a flat head and pop the SRS badge out and theres one screw(its the star kind forgot wat size though). then on the edges there will be one screw thats holding the plastic thingy close to the hole?? the other two is inside the handle. again use the flathead and pop off the handle cover. and the door should pop out. kinda hard to explain but hope this helps u. takes me 2 mins to get mine off. oh yeah remember to unscrew your lock pin.

here is video of W210 front panel removal. quite easy, as described by CR.
hope W203 is similar. try not to use screwdriver to pry anything if you can.
use plastic spatula or something like hard rubber with a tough rubber edge.
note the MB tool. iow, be careful.

still, maybe easier/quicker to just manipulate the door un/lock and fish the
puppy out. it can be done....use the Force, Luke.

Take a picture of the door panel and i'll tell u the screw location, it's easy, airbag is attached to the metal frame so it won't be affected. Just make sure when u slide the panel back nothing potrude the air bag way. Someone did that to my door (i think the dealer) and it has a permanent bulge, mighty ****.

That's a very good and descriptive video.
