Rear Seat Courtesy light stays on all the time now

Rear Seat Courtesy light stays on all the time now
I can turn it off using the overhead switch but when I use to key fob to lock the car the rear light goes on and stays on. Has this happened to anyone?

check to see if door pin/switch on pax door needs adjusting. i'm theorizing
that it isn't creating an "open" circuit when the door is closed, thus creating
the illusion that the door is open.

Ya i had the same problem, the dealer said it was something wrong with one of the sensors (Didn't specify which one sorry) and he jst replaced it then it was all fine.....aparently somehow water got into it but they also fixed that...hope that helps some wat

It was all my fault.
I was working on the door trim trying to get it off so I can get to a rattle. When I put everything back I did not put back the lock cover (because I wanted to get back in there later) which coincidentally happens to push against the door sensor pin 
. So, that 1/8 of an inch that this plastic adds is all it takes to make that sensor inoperable.
