2002 wiring issue? C230K
my c230K 02 is in the shop for some wiring issue (i noticed it takes 20 cranks to start the car in the morning). The guy said it is a common issue for the wiring to go bad on these cars, anyone know what he is talking about? I have a loaner and everything, but it is a dreadful Camry. I have done everything short of totalling it

A few of us on the board have had wiring harnesses replaced. Mostly I think this was related to emissions, and poor fuel mileage. If you search for the thread you may come up with some answers. As our cars get older it is interesting to see whats coming up.

I just got my car back yesterday...it was getting the wiring harness replaced. they said my strut bearing cracked and leaked oil on it. i originally brought it in for a suspension problem. seems fine, and no problems starting it in the morning.

I already have the whole front end bushings replaced, the rears are getting worked on right now. Of course i told them to add a few more things. We love the Mercedes, but boy these cars are some of the worst cars in terms of reliability. But the rental Camry sucks, I akm going to destory that thing if i have to drive it any longer. I have had it for 4 days now
