Silver.. Do you own a 2003 C320 Obsidian Black, Charcoal Interior.
COMAND, C2, C4, Multicontour Seats, Teleaid, Factory CD Changer, V60 phone with Voice Control.

I finally got a reply from the Sales Manager at Ray Catena. The 2003 C320s will be released in a week.
So hopefully i should have my car in about a week and a half. *knock on wood*

I got another call this morning from my salesman, and it turns out the car was put on a truck this morning!
I should take delivery sometime this week and pictures will follow shortly thereafter.

Ray Catena sucks, i had experience with them about a year ago, and their service absolutly sucks. they were so **** about everything, basically its out of their way to satisfy you.
You should of went with Globe Motorcars in Fairfield.... i love that dealership....

The car is in prep and should be out late tonight for a pickup on Friday!!!!

Hey i am back from the dealer.....
No Bi-Xenons.... apparently i ordered so early that the C2 and C4 packages were the 2002 packages... therefore no Xenons. But the upside is i get heated seats.
The really big upside is ... tommorow, i become a Mercedes Benz Owner!!!!

Congrats Silver_Lana! i was just at the dealer yesterday (to talk about the upcoming get-together). We might be having a get-together there sometime around 9/21-9/22...they will provide a bbq and some small giveaways, as well as display the new CLK's (they have 5 clk 500's and 1 clk 320 there already), SL's (they have about 3 there from what i remember), and the new E (which they don't have yet).
If you're interested in the Xenon's, i'm getting a set imported...but i have to see if they work with the US cars first..i'll let you know...if it works, i know someone selling them for $850.
Viktorious: I know what you mean..i didn't like them until I met my sales person, who treats me really well (Craig Harris). They are one of the largest dealerships, so they have a really good stock (when my friend was buying a CLk430, most places didn't even have one in stock...Ray Catena's had 5). My sales person is also pretty fair on the prices. Plus, they're really close to my house, and they have MB loaner cars (though you usually have to get an appt 3-4 weeks in advance). So far, they've treated me really well. When I had problems with my SLK, they talked to Mercedes for me, and had Mercedes take the car back (even after the lemon law period). We had bought 3 cars from Contemporary Motor Cars before i got the SLk from Ray Catena's...there's a big difference in the service i must say.

My 2003 c-320 is at the VPC and the dealer tells me they will not release it untill the official "roll out" date.
How are your dealers getting you your cars???
