Whats the wood trim code (if any)
I have a 02 C240, and mine only came with the wood trim on the center console, and wanted to add the wood to the doors where the window buttons are.
My friend in California, was going to get me them, but didn't know if I had a specific wood trim number or something like that.
My question is: is there more than one wood trim that comes with this model; and also, where would I find my trim colour code??????
Oh yeah, one more thing: is it hard to replace the stock plastic with the wood trim????
Thanks for all your help in advance
:p

It sounds to me that you have got the "classic"-line. The differences between the "classic" and the "elegance" regarding wood is:
1. There is another type of wood used for the trim on the center console.
2. There are wood trim parts on the front and the rear doors. To mount these pieces I guess you have to change the whole inner door (since to upper part of the "classic"-door is covered with solid plastic, where the "elegance"-door has a cavity to fit the wood piece)
3. I would guess that the wood by the window switches would be the easiest to exchange. I have no idea how though.
Sorry I couldn't help you more, but anyway - Good luck!

I think the wood trim on the C240 are too "red". Have you ever thought about getting the C32 aluminum trim? I think they're pretty cool. My guess is they cost the same (I might be wrong though).

I know, it is really red, but I think it looks great at night
Well, I've been looking around, and the only name I have found is Laural (if thats how you spell it). I would like to only put the wood on the window switches, thus might be a little easier (hopefully).
Now, all I have to do is get it!!!!
Thank you both very much for taking your time to help me out
I hope that all works out.
