Resetting Service Reminder & How many quarts ??? PLEASE HELP !!

Hi,

I have a 2005 C230 and I'm planning to do an oil change myself. Does anyone know how to reset the service reminder message? Currently, it says it's due for an service B. Also, approx. how many quarts of oil does it need ?

thank you

I can't find it in the owner's manual. Also, for an oil change, since there is no dip stick, approximately how many quarts does it need ?

thanks

6.5 Qts of 0W-40 Mobil 1.
Walmart price is approx $5.99

To reset the Service A remimder:
You have to have the key in the ignition and turned to position 2 ( If I remember correctly) It's the position just before the car starts. Then go to the FSS screen - Hold down the reset button until it ask's if you want to reset it. Then push the reset buton again.

And Yes it does cycle from A service to B service, then repeats every reset.
