Nope, it is too much money for me to spend on an option like that on this car. On an E500, S, CL, or SL, it would be another story.

I'll do that right after I get a bidet installed in my bathroom.

Too much expense for something that's not a big deal to me. Think I'd be paranoid about leaving the card in my pocket, my nightstand, hers , or anywhere else anyway.

Carry a card, or carry a key? Same difference to me. No, I wouldn't pay extra for keyless go. Especially if it meant I had to carry both the card and a remote fob (too) to unlock the doors, etc. What I mean to say is that all the remote functionality of the Smart-Key would have to be built into the keyless-Go card to make it a like-for-like comparison.

I think keyless go is a cool feature - it is one of those nice to have items - not a need to have item. I sort of like the IF key myself, can unlock the doors; open the trunk; open and close all the windows at one time if I want. I know people have had problems with their IF key, but I have yet to have a problem. If I had keyless go - I would not be unhappy either. I think I would spend that money getting Distronic or Parktronic or Command - even though these options may cost a little bit more.
