Interesting. The 2006 v-6 is heavier than the m271 K SS by 200 lbs. Maybe that's many have commented that the supercharged i4's were quicker than the new v6 models in the lower gears? I mean, relatively speaking, that's like a solo driver in a 2005 K SS vs. a driver and two tiny females in a 2005 K SS.
The difference in weight between an '05 230K SS and 325i is not that bad (40 lbs) and the 230K SS weighs less.
