anthuny85,
Lovin' the diffuser mod.! Granted, I only like how this looks on white cars. Looks great though and a mod that costs $10 is ALWAYS a bonus.

thanks drex..yea i went around shopping around for prices to do the diffuser mod, tint shops wanted 50 bucks to do it, a friend of mine called up his shop that hes been getting his tint done for years at, the lady was awesome, she helped me layout out the adhesive white stuff that u put on top of vinyl stickers on the bumper then we traced it with a pencil, after we pulled it off we had a perfect outline of the diffuser, we then taped it on top of a flat black vinyl and razor cut it out, wet it and applied it and she helped squeegee it smooth and steamed the ends for a flawless finish that i could not believe how good it came out, not one bubble or wrinkle, took a whole 30 minutes and cost me 10 bucks lol.
as for the xenons, ive been debating on getting the carlab kit for 280 but i love the way the bixenons look aeshetically. but then again depo reps are like 500 plus bulbs run like 800, i could retro fit e55 projectors for that much, but it would be a pain to ship out my headlights, but i dunno what to do. these h7's suck and i really want some nice out put with xenons.

yea thats what im gonna do, im not gonna go with a "black rim" i want a more gunmetal/hyperblack or forged grey..here are my faves so far, tell me what you guys think of the picks, and what you think would look good,
i forget what order but theyre Ruff 278 in hyperblack, privat reserv and gassen, and Luff m1's graphite and silver (non staggered only 8.5's/ BBS LM replicas)...its a tough decision.

I like the way the privat's look, they remind me of HRE 840's... the LM replica's are always nice, but I remember when I was looking for rims, the LM replica's wouldn't clear and the ruff's wouldn't either...
btw, your car looks great! I love the diffuser!

Awesome deffuser mod and great price too. A while ago I went to Modern Image, a place that does all the stickers for tuned cars that you see in magazines, and they wanted $25 to do it. They even told me to do my own template. You are so lucky that the lady helped you out and only charged you $10.
btw, I like the graphite LM replicas.

Very nice. Needs folding mirrors and AMG retrofit twice pipes for the rear.
I had a car a couple of weeks ago with the factory Bix. They were not all that in terms of extra visibility. The light is a bit "whiter", but not brighter. I have seen some kits that mount in H7 housings, they are not worth the powder it would take to blow them up. The Depo's are not bad, but they are not quite the same as OEM either. The quality of the front plastic is a little off, it is not varnished like the OEM, and I doubt it has UV inhibitors to prevent them from browning.
Car is looking nice, keep up the good work.

Looks great! I'd look into doing the Xenon Fogs/Headlights as you mentioned above.
removed resonator? Is this the muffler resonator you mean...
I just got my S-Class tailights and finally got my 6 pin connectors from the dealer so I can mod this on my car without any problems. Maybe you should look into that as well.
Also got my Brake Pads(PorterFields) and gonna do it today. Still looking at the car and figuring out the correct jack points from other posts and stuff. Gotta do it today since the weather isn't too hot. I hate Humidity!

as for the resonator it doesnt make it all that much signifigant, it gets a little louder from 2-4k rpm and a little deeper from 4k on..at 5k to redline i feel a slight power increase but maybe im imagining things lol, last nite i ran a yellow and floored it and it hit 4500k and i got slammed in my seat, i love that feeling haha...and it was still like 90 degrees out. but i like the sound, with some filters it should sound a tad meaner.
