The door speaker grilles are heat-staked on, which is a permanent process (a plastic stud on the inside of the door panel is melted down to sort of form a plastic nut which holds the grille in place.

To replace the grille, you need to purchase a new grille, remove your door panel, cut off the old grille at the heat-staked locations, insert the new grille, and then melt and apply presure to the plastic stakes to secure the grille to the door panel.

If that pain in the butt process doesn't excite you, maybe you can remove the door trim, push the broken part of the current grille back into place, and use glue to fix the cracks?

It's a shame these speaker panels are plastic, and not metal, or at least something unbreakable. Given their positioning, they are very vulnerable to kicking as you enter/exit the car. I broke mine, too. The dealer replaced it under warranty... as a "courtesy."
