AMG 5 Spoke 171
Will these wheels fit on 06 C230, I done some search and it seems like they would fit, but Tire Rack's upgrade garage is telling me the 18x8.5 will not fit in the back. I called them early this morning, their response was that it will not be a garanteed fit and ask me if I would like to purchase them 
I did post this question on the tire/wheel section but havnt gotten any response yet so I figure I'd try it here. Any help is appreciated

they fit without a single problem:
...the car has been raised 1 inch in the rear eversince this picture and has 255/35-18 tires in the back instead of the 245/35-18s in this picture...no rubbing what-so-ever

I'm running 8.5 x 18's on my rears too. No problems at all, I've got the original (older style) AMG Styling III's
Rear tyres are Pirelli P-Zero Rossos also 255/35/18

I'm running the same wheels as steve is on my sedan with no rubbing with 3 passangers in the rear and lowered also. The car also has adjustable camber arms in the rear which makes my wheels closer to the fender with no issues.
