FireWall on a 05 C230?
I'm doing some wiring in my car and don't seem to find a spot to route some wires from the engine bay to inside the passengerside. I've done the search and cannot find any info on my car. Can someone give me a detailed description of where I can find a hole that I can stick some wires thru the Firewall?
Thanks and sorry if this is a stupid question.

the factory locations through the firewall are
1. inside the box that houses the front SAM unit on the left side.
2. Below the air intake on the right near the battery.
If you use the air intake area, you'll have to remove the entire gromet and feed your wires through one of the dummy spots. Remove the plastic plug. You'll have to take the gromet apart. It's a pain to do due to the space constriction. Have some lube ready (no wise cracks) when putting the grommet back in.
