New member: Need some insight
Hello,
I am a new member. I am so in love with my car. When I first got it things were great a year ago. But since then things are going down hill. Today I went back to the MB dealership about the tail pipe rattling. And the air is not working .. It blows hot air and make strange popping sounds.
I got the car b/c I LOVE MB and I drive alot like over a 100 miles a day. I am thinking of trying something new in the MB family any suggestions? Or should I keep my current 02 C240???:

As for the situation with your car, were you given an extended warranty? If not, all those problems may be quite pricey to fix and I'd suggest finding a private MB mechanic to fix the problem (after you diagnose).
If you consider getting something "new" in the MB family, it all depends on how much you are looking to spend. After all, money is the object of affection when purchasing a car.

2007 C230!!
I just got an 07 C230. And I love it. I came from an 04 C230 Kompressor, And what a big difference. I love the 6 speed manual. It rocks.
And the new exterior changes are sweet.
I did have problems with my air in my 04. It made a loud whistle in auto. But they put a new fan motor in it. And never had a problem after that.
