Hi,

I just brought color coated door handles, and want to fit them on my w203.

The dealer wants to charge me heaps for it, I got told they dont need to remove the door trim, can anyone help me.

If you can take it to a panel shop you will find they will remove the rubber door seal without breaking the clips that hold it in.

The holes for the handles are hiding behind the rubber seal. You need a long tool to get the screws loose. Either a T20 or a T30. One of the two.

You only have to remove the door trims if you are going from unpainted to chrome. Then in some cases you also have to remove the window.
