I want to do a engine swap in my 05 c230kss 6speed. I was thinking of getting the 350 motor and will it work and who can do the job?..... before you guys tell me to just trade it for a 350, my car is already paid off...

Great to hear that it's paid off! Now, you can put that money from your monthly payment into savings and use it to get a W204 when they are available!

Anything can be done if you have the Money. But why would you want to do that? The swap and labor are gonna cost legs and arms. If you want a quicker car, try reducing some weights and doing upgrades to your motor. Example, strip the trunk, removed the spare tire, get a chip the ecu, run a straight pipe (no cat), 75 shots of Nitrous and you'll be set. M271 motor is a really low compression motor. So that mean its capable to take way more than just 75 shots of nitrous. Or better off getting a little Honda. Just my .02

how fast do you want to go? if you want to go faster you minus well trade it in for a faster car. if you had an automatic you could have done a c32 engine swap. maybe you can even retro fit a c55 engine. since the car is paid off anything is possible if you have the money

It'll be 10 G's plus to do any kind of engine swap. Might as well get a C32 engine swap, if that's what you wanna do.
Thing is, I agree with Cappa's thinking. Instead of using the 10K+ on the engine swap. Sell the 230K and find a pre-owned C32 or C55. Or maybe even wait for the C63.
