Will W215 CL-class brake calipers fit into W203?

Will W215 CL-class brake calipers fit into W203?
I have 2002 C240 with '06 funnel spoke 17" wheels, I was wondering if those big calipers (front and rear) from W215 CLs will fit on my car. Is it possible with minor/major modification?
I don't think it will because of the large rotors, I just want to clarify.
Maybe I should get 19s rims to clear rotors?
Any input will help.

The CLS55 AMG discs and calipers will need 19's to clear in the front.
These are the 380mm - 8-piston caliper (Brembo made) brakes...
You will also need to fabricate brackets to hold the calipers (not the easiest fabrication, due to necessary measurement detail)... You may also need spacers...
I actually considered the SL65 AMG kit for my C230SS but gave up after realizing the cost to install, on top of the purchasing...
I would suggest going for the big-brake Brembo kit for the C-Class... I think tire-rack has it...
