So what are you going to do, go after the crook as they're stealing your car? Get a jump start on calling the police if you have the monitor with you? Get a picture of the crook? Actually, I haven't read any report on this forum of anyone getting their C stolen that I can remember. But I'm sure it's happened. A hidden fuel pump kill switch is more effective and cheaper than all the fancy alarms made, as long as you keep it secret and easy to activate/deactivate without giving away the location. If your car gets dragged onto a flatbed it's history anyway.

It will not work. At list not the remote start function. No one makes a transponder for the mb key, so there is no way to trick the ecu and start without a key.

cuz what i think is, IF someone is breaking in my car, at least i'd know in the first second and run to my car and stop it, know what i mean? I might install the avic z1 later so im thinking about putting security first, of course i'll do something about the avic being expose, probably a face plate or something
