No, you just wait in the car wash line just like a full service car wash. They wash, vacuum, clean the windows inside and out, clean the wheels, wipe down the interior and armor the tires. Takes anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes depending on when you get there but the full service car washes around me takes 30-45 minutes anyway. The trick is not to show up at 11:00 AM on Saturday and expect it done in 30 minutes. They have 10 bays but have plans to expand. This is the norm in Orange County, most dealers here do this.
